The Morning Banana Diet,Your Solution for Healthy and Effective Diet



Every diet has its own rules. If you try a diet and it works for weightloss, it is because the rules of diet provide the effect of making the dieter eat less food. Commonly, diet rules do this by making somene eating less convenient or a little harder through restricting what food you can eat. Giving a little scientific theory to motivate you and you will run a diet. It is important to remember that no diet that works for everybody. One type of diet that is popular today is Banana Diet or Morning Banana Diet

Take Banana for Breakfast
According to the name of the diet, you can use banana for the breakfast. You may eat more than one. It will make you feel full until the lunch time. The banana can be eaten in raw, unfrozen, and uncooked to provide the best result. In addition to banana, you can also choose other fruits. But, if you subtitute with other variants, it is restricted just to a type of fruit for example you only eat apple per meal. If you feel hungry about 15 to 30 minutes after take banana, you may eat other food such as a rice ball or oatmeal or food that provide 200 calories


Just Eat Normal for Lunch & Dinner
You should have dinner by 8 p.m. The best time to have dinner is 6 p.m. There are no limits for the types of food to eat for your lunch or dinner as well as the amount. In fact, the dieters cut amount of food they eat. So you can adopt these tips by cutting your meal for dinner and lunch. It’s also recommended to choose healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits. You must not eat dessert when dinner.

Only Drink Water
The beverage which is recommended for most meals according to the morning banana diet rules is only water, especially filtered or mineral water. The water is not hot or chilled. It have to be at room temperature and you must drink it in small sips. Outside of meals, you are allowed to take non caloric beverages such as coffee, tea, and diet soda. On social occasions, the dieters can drink wine or beer

Afternoon Snack is Allowed
Cookies or sweet snack is allowed at 3 p.m. Potato chips, a donut, and ice cream are not allowed. It is better choosing fresh fruit for snack. If you want sweets, you must not deny yourself. A good option for a salty snack is popcorn. If you feel hungry after having dinner, you can have take fresh fruit for second snack. But it must not be habit for your morning banana diet
